Introduction

GE Aviation pioneered the world’s first civil certified HUMS in 1991, the most successful carry aboard Rotor Track & Balance system (RADS / AVA), the first military solid state flight data recorder, and has an ARINC 624-1 integrated On-board Maintenance System, with 15,000+ systems sold to date on over 25 aircraft types. GE has decades of field proven capabilities in helicopter drivetrain and rotor diagnostics, voice and flight data recorders, engine health monitoring, real-time airborne and ground software, data storage and transfer, and extensive aircraft integration and installation.
